Quest to Walk is a non-profit organization located in Overland Park, Kansas. We are dedicated to providing a state-of-the-art spinal cord injury recovery center using intense, exercise-based recovery methods.
At Quest to Walk we will meet your recovery needs with up-to-date training techniques. We believe that traditional approaches to recovery issues can be further enhanced which allows clients to get more out of our facility.
Our approach, which utilizes the Dardzinski MethodTM allows clients to achieve the optimal level of recovery.
Quest to Walk was started in 2007 by John Teegarden and Thomas Eddy who are both recovering from Spinal Cord Injuries so they know the attitude and determination it takes to recover from such a devastating injury.
Quest to Walk is dedicated to helping people with spinal cord injuries improve and enrich their lives through the use of state-of-the-art recovery methods, motivation, and education in a supportive environment.
Quest to Walk's vision is to be seen as a beacon of hope and a means for people with spinal cord injuries to achieve their goals, mentally and physically. Through our work and dedication we strive to be seen as one of the leading organizations within the spinal cord injury recovery community by our peers, medical professionals, research pioneers and clients.
Quest to Walk would like to extend a special thanks to Scott and Jennifer Stith for utilizing the DonationLine program and donating their unwanted vehicle to Quest to Walk. Unwanted vehicles, of almost any kind, provide valuable and much needed funds that greatly benefit our non-profit SCI recovery program. Further information about this program and how to participate can be found on the "DonationLine" page of the Quest to Walk website. Scott and Jennifer Stith, thanks again for helping Quest to Walk in our mission to help improve the lives of SCI victims throughout the midwest!
